The role involves managing the Flex Billing & Backend team to own and extend the feature set offering to customers, thereby enhancing the overall solution reach of Flex. Responsibilities include owning and delivering delightful experiences for customers, being a champion for the team, understanding complex systems architecture, advocating agile processes, continuous integration, test automation, and strong communication skills.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries.
