The role involves providing operational and technical Salesforce support to North America and Latin America Sales organizations, ensuring efficient running of Salesforce CPQ, OLM, and multiple instances. It requires managing user setup, roles, permissions, case management, and more. The candidate must be available for the NAMER shift (8:30 PM - 6:30 AM IST).
