About the role
The role involves defining the direction of Pinterest's agent platform, building critical components such as agent serving, evaluation, and monitoring. It also includes leading a team in technical direction and roadmap for key agent infrastructure and platform investments, hiring, mentoring, and growing engineers across all levels, and using AI to accelerate team execution, system design, and decision-making.
