Customer Success Engineer/Devops
About the role
You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers and own the “How” of technical solutioning. This is a consultative role that requires both depth and versatility. You will unblock customers facing everything from basic setup issues to complex architectural challenges, translate business objectives into actionable implementation steps, build reusable assets such as technical guides, templates, scripts, or reference implementations, and capture customer challenges to inform product roadmap discussions.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
