About the role
Facilitating discussions and lead decision making on all engineering aspects of his/her team, defining and executing the engineering plans for the areas under ownership, driving engineering best practices, ensuring production system hygiene, responsible for business health, challenging business & product outcomes, channelizing feedback into execution, hiring, mentoring, and retaining a best-of-class engineering team, managing stakeholders including business, product, operations, and clients/vendors.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
