Head of Engineering (Customer Journey and Monetization)

The role involves leading multiple teams within Monetization Engineering, designing, implementing, and running critical tier 0 services for the company. It also includes understanding core customer personas and optimizing their journeys within the product, leading to stickiness, higher adoption, and growth.
