Principal Solutions Architect, Security
About the role
Serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to the sales team, customers, partners, and community. Develop deep understanding of customer's goals and objectives, articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs, craft value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations, participate in planning and execution phases for territory, develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elastic products and solutions, advise the sales team on effective ways to position Elastic products, solutions, and services, onboarding, educating, and enabling partners, support them in sales cycles, craft collateral, contribute to programs, collaborate with other Elasticians to meet individual client needs, be the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs, gaps, and improvements to engineering and leadership teams, deepen both sales and technical skills through self-driven education while taking advantage of all professional development opportunities provided by Elastic.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
