Staff AI Engineer - Notebooks
About the role
Spearhead AI initiatives within Notebooks, serve as technical owner for design, development, and deployment of ML/AI-driven features. Shape long-term technical direction and strategy for AI workflows. Champion full development cycle from rapid prototyping to production-ready scale. Drive product direction with a strong user focus. Coordinate with other leaders and product teams interested in leveraging Notebooks in their AI-powered workflows. Develop robust agent systems, including tools, retrieval and planning strategies, guardrails, prompt management/evaluations, fallbacks, and human-in-the-loop processes. Stay up to date with industry trends.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
