About the role
Facilitating discussions and leading decision-making on all engineering aspects of his/her team, defining and executing the engineering plans for the areas under ownership, driving engineering best practices, defining, implementing, and maintaining production system hygiene, responsible for business health, challenging business & product outcomes, channelizing feedback into execution, being accountable for engineering outputs, hiring, mentoring, and retaining a best-of-class engineering team, responsible for stakeholder management including but not limited to business, product, operations, and clients/vendors.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews. We value developers who focus on performance optimization, fast load times, and simple, maintainable architectures.
