Engineering Manager - Platform Team
About the role
The role involves facilitating discussions and leading decision-making on all engineering aspects of the team, defining and executing engineering plans for areas under ownership, driving engineering best practices, maintaining hygiene in production systems, owning the health of the business directly owned by the team, challenging business & product outcomes, channelizing feedback into execution, being accountable for engineering outputs, hiring, mentoring, and retaining a best-of-class engineering team, and managing stakeholders including business, product, operations, and clients/vendors.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
