About the role

The role involves working with the GTM Automation Systems team, developing Salesforce data models, building custom functionality, participating in technical analysis and documentation of requirements, ensuring code quality, refactoring existing codebase, learning new technologies as required, and collaborating on tech design with system architects. The ideal candidate should have experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Javascript, advanced flow development, API integrations, data architecture support, performance optimization, deployment and CI/CD support, security and scalability improvements, and debugging/troubleshooting in Salesforce.

Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews. We value developers who focus on performance optimization, fast load times, and simple, maintainable architectures.
