Sr. Staff Software Engineer, Ads Measurement
About the role
The role involves driving initiatives to improve conversion measurement architecture across web, mobile app, and offline/CRM signals, applying AI to identify signal loss and improve measurement resilience, using AI to build diagnostics and explainability tools for advertisers and internal teams, strengthening experimentation, lift, and incrementality capabilities, creating shared measurement primitives used by optimization, reporting, and external APIs, and driving ecosystem integrations such as Conversion APIs, partner measurement hooks, and durable event ingestion pathways.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
