About the role
Lead and grow the Docs engineering team building our developer-facing documentation platform, player/coach role: write code where stakes are highest, review architecture, set technical direction alongside Staff Engineers, own execution, quality, and team health across a TypeScript/Next.js stack hosted on Vercel, talk directly to customers, gather feedback, drive product improvements from real-world developer pain, mentor engineers, hold a high quality bar, help people grow.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews. We value developers who focus on performance optimization, fast load times, and simple, maintainable architectures.
