Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team working on user-facing product areas, set clear goals, partner with cross-functional leaders to shape strategy, drive execution, build a healthy, high-performing team, coach and develop engineers, support technical and architectural decision-making, use data, experimentation, and user insight to guide decisions, and apply AI to accelerate analysis while ensuring quality.
