Software Engineer II (Full-Stack)
About the role
The role involves leading the design and development of distributed, cloud-native backend services that power onboarding across Ripple’s product suite. It also includes partnering with Product, Compliance, and other engineering teams to design scalable orchestration and data pipelines, migrating core onboarding logic out of Salesforce into resilient, observable services and a dedicated persistence layer, building platform capabilities for faster onboarding, contributing to foundational data modeling work, championing engineering excellence in code quality, testing, and operational practices, and mentoring engineers.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
