About the role
Lead a team of engineers responsible for building backend and frontend features for PAM, lead AI adoption across software development workflows, work closely with Product Management to develop and implement product roadmap, empower teams to focus on usability, scale and reliability, recruit great engineers, mentor, retain and develop engineers, establish clear priorities, expectations, and accountability for individuals and team, drive execution and delivery of product features with high quality.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews. We value developers who focus on performance optimization, fast load times, and simple, maintainable architectures.
