Senior Staff Data Engineer - Data Stewardship
About the role
The Data Stewardship team is responsible for ensuring Airbnb meets its compliance obligations across the data ecosystem and supporting pipelines, programs, and policy-bodies that make this possible. The role involves defining the vision for Data Governance and Quality, acting as a consultant for executive leadership on data governance, leading the design of overarching data architectures, scaling best practices, managing policies, and mentoring engineers.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
