Staff Technical Program Manager, Community Support Engineering

The role involves partnering with engineering, ops and product teams to build/enhance decision making across multiple areas in Airbnb. The TPM will drive requirements, leverage their expertise to solve strategic problems, manage project schedules, identify risks, discuss technical trade-offs, and maintain clear communications across multiple stakeholder groups.

Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries.
