Technical Services Engineer, 1st Shift, EST hours

Solve complex MongoDB problems for customers, work on customer support and mentoring new team members. The role involves working with the entire MongoDB ecosystem including database server, drivers, cloud and infrastructure services such as Atlas and Cloud Manager.
