Sr. Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Monetization Engineering
About the role
Develop and execute a vision for the evolution of the Pinterest marketplace, design and implement systems that improve the ads delivery funnel, experiments that shape the utility function, auction mechanism design, ad allocation, and derive new insights through analysis of the marketplace dynamics. Build and improve backend systems and statistical models to maximize value for Pinners, Partners, and Pinterest.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
