Manager I, Engineering - Experiments
About the role
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of strong full-stack and frontend engineers. Own delivery for the Experimentation App from planning through production, set technical direction in partnership with your team and our statistics engineers, engage directly with Product, Design, and customers to shape requirements, foster a culture of fast iteration and high engineering standards, and recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent as the team scales.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews. We value developers who focus on performance optimization, fast load times, and simple, maintainable architectures.
