Engineering Manager, GTM Engineering

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product engineers, drive the architectural vision for Brex's GTM Engineering surfaces, champion AI-native solutions, and ensure operational excellence. Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Growth to translate business needs into engineering backlogs while managing sprint capacity and removing blockers.
