People Business Partner Director, Engineering
About the role
Serves as a trusted partner to the CTO and Engineering leadership team, shaping organizational design and health. Translates business and technical strategy into clear people and org implications, coaches leaders on building high-performing teams, leads org design efforts, drives clarity around roles and leveling, acts as a connector across functions, and actively experiments with AI-powered approaches to people processes.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
