Senior Software Engineer- Backend(Gold)
About the role
Design and build high-availability, fault-tolerant transactional systems for money-path flows. Deliver reliable solutions that handle massive data volumes, peak traffic, and strict latency/SLA requirements. Own problem-free execution of assigned modules — from design and implementation through production support. Drive code optimization, code quality, maintainability, test coverage, and observability (metrics, logging, alerting). Integrate with internal platforms and external bullion partners. Participate in code reviews, incident post-mortems, and on-call rotation for owned services. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards within the team.
