About the role
The role involves a good understanding of server stack as well as having a good understanding of the entire story, SDK distribution using Maven, pods, xC frameworks etc. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing and architecting, developing and maintaining software solutions across multiple projects, directing and providing ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors, setting objectives, reviewing performance, define growth plan and nurture. Drive best practices, and is a pro with agile methodologies/practices - SCRUM, Test Driven Development (TDD). Manage head count, deliverables, schedules across ongoing projects, ensure that resources are appropriately allocated and timelines are met in accordance with the project roadmaps.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
