Senior Staff Solutions Engineer (R5320)
About the role
The role involves technical sales, capture, engineering, or program management experience within defense or aerospace industries. The candidate should have demonstrated familiarity with Indian Ministry of Defense procurement processes and military force structures. Prior experience at a major defense prime supporting tactical aircraft, CCA/ACA, or Group 3/4/5 UAS programs is required. Experience interfacing with government or military acquisition stakeholders is necessary. Strong systems-level understanding of aircraft design trade-offs, operational CONOPS, and mission-based engineering is needed. Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders is also required.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
