About the role
The role involves driving enterprise adoption of AI-powered workflow automation, working directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design agentic solutions that deliver measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, conversion uplift, and improved customer experience. It also includes solution architecture, business value articulation, POC and deployment, stakeholder engagement, and building reusable playbooks.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
